Two ways. Paystack takes cards and bank apps at checkout. Bank transfer sends you to our Opay account with a 20-minute window to complete it, then you upload your receipt. Either way you get a Beauty by Reiya invoice and Reiya confirms in WhatsApp.
Not for bank transfer. Reiya checks the account and confirms you personally — usually fast, but it's a human, not a robot. Your invoice stays marked awaiting confirmation until she says otherwise. Paystack card payments confirm on Paystack's side.
Lagos and nationwide. Pin your location at checkout — it goes to Reiya as a Google Maps link with your distance from Lagos, and she quotes the exact delivery fee in the chat. Delivery is not included in the ₦40,000.

The box is ₦40,000. Delivery is not included and is quoted separately by Beauty by Reiya based on your location before dispatch.
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch by messaging Beauty by Reiya on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled.
If your box arrives damaged or incorrect, message Beauty by Reiya on WhatsApp with photographs within 48 hours of delivery and it will be resolved.
